IT Service Desk
The IT service desk provides general technology troubleshooting and help with such services as Penn State Access Accounts, Canvas, and more to Penn State students from all campuses. You can reach the IT Service Desk for 24/7 technology support through live chat or by emailing ITservicedesk@psu.edu or calling 814-865-HELP (4357). Virtual face-to-face assistance is also available via Zoom Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tech Tutors and Tech TAs
Tech Tutors offer technology-tool assistance to help all Penn State students, faculty, and staff accomplish their teaching and learning goals. Tutors are available for online consultations via Zoom.

Tech TAs provide remote assistance for both Zoom and Canvas during in-person, online, and hybrid classes or provide Zoom support during one-time events. Tech TAs can moderate Zoom chat and enable security settings and can also help build pre-created Canvas content and communicate with students.
