- Communicate timeline for adjusting and finalizing spring schedule of courses
- Provide instructor support for remote learning after November 20
- Develop contingency planning to shift to remote learning prior to November 20, if necessary
- Identify and develop support to help students become effective learners in each of the current modes
- Create webinars and best practices for faculty to share experiences in the current instructional modes
- Assess students’ engagement and academic performance in their courses
