Learn more about the “Mindful Nittany Pause” mindfulness program as a means of navigating and negotiating stress and anxiety brought on by the pandemic. Dr. Angie Hissong, Professor-in-Charge and Teaching Professor, Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Penn State Mont Alto, will encourage us to cultivate and nurture pausing within our everyday, as the keystone to mindful engagement and collaboration. Mindfulness will be explored as a means of sustainability for our whole selves as we continue to provide outstanding support to students, peers, and the greater community. Sit back and let Angie take care of you for this hour. She will guide you in breathing exercises, meditations, and guided imagery which can be embedded into your daily work at Penn State.
